Legendary Action: Wretched Growth is a unique passive feature available to the Shadow-Cursed Shambling Mound.
Description
If a creature ends its turn within 
5 m / 17 ft of the Shambling Mound, it will take 3d10
Necrotic and Shadow-Cursed Vines will grow at its feet, possibly 
it.
Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
Condition: Legendary Action: Wretched Growth
- If a creature ends its turn within 5 m / 17 ft of the Shambling Mound, it will take 3d10Necrotic and Shadow-Cursed Vines will grow at its feet, possibly it.
Condition: Wretched Growth
- Affected entity will take 3d10Necrotic and possibly become by Shadow-Cursed Vines if it ends its turn within 5 m / 17 ft of the Shambling Mound.
- On save, the affected entity still takes half damage.
