To gain this condition you need to solve the four weapons puzzle at the Rosymorn Monastery.
The condition cannot be regained by solving the puzzle again.
This condition applies to all your Companions, even the ones in camp, but not to Summons.
If playing on Honour difficulty, the condition is only applied to Companions in your current party.
