- By killing Mayrina and looting it from her corpse.
- By pickpocketing it from Mayrina prior to fighting Auntie Ethel.
- By casting
on the corpse of Auntie Ethel, learning what she planned to do with Mayrina's baby, and passing a Persuasion check with Mayrina to help her realize that she has been lied to.
