Command (Halt) is a level 1 enchantment spell. This spell allows spellcasters to order their target temporarily from moving or taking action.
Description
Command a creature to halt, preventing it from moving or taking Actions, Bonus Actions, or Reactions.

At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

- Cannot move.
