Yuan-Ti Scale Mail is an rare Medium Armour that adds the wearer Dexterity Modifier to the 
Armour Class with no 
Disadvantage on Stealth Ability Checks and grants a +1 bonus to Initiative Rolls.
The Snakefolk of Chult are not known for waste, so often forge lightweight and robust armour like this from their own shed skin.
