Chill of the Mountain is an Action that allows the Monk Monk to hit with cold damage and reduce the movement speed of their opponent. This action is the Monk's equivalent of Ray of Frost.

Description

Call forth the cold mountain winds and reduce the target's movement speed by 3 m / 10 ft (ERROR: Distance not in metric!).
