The interior of the Devil's Fee. A red carpet leads up to a counter stationed by Helsik.Devilsh and monstrous trophies and monuments adorn the room.
The interior of the Devil's Fee.

The Devil's Fee is a shop and gallery for all sorts of devilish artifacts and curios. The proprietor of the business is Helsik. The first floor is the main gallery and where you can trade with Helsik. The second floor is Helsik's private quarters and living space. The Devil's Fee also has a basement that can be accessed via a hatch in the Devil's Fee or by breaking down a wall that connects the Devil's Fee's basement to the Forge of the Nine's basement.

Upstairs

Concentration Icons.png Spoiler warning! This section reveals details about the story of Baldur's Gate 3.

The upstairs of the Devil's Fee has a pentagram drawn in blood on the floor. Depending on the players progress of Free Orpheus they can initiate a dialogue with Helsik to give (or sell) them the supplies and instruction to open a portal to the House of Hope. Alternatively the grimoire and necessary reagents for the ritual can be found around the Devil's Fee.
  • The Coin of Mammon can be found in a chest next to Helsik's bed.
  • Infernal Marble can be found in a chest upstairs and in the basement of the Devil's Fee.
  • Diamonds can be found upstairs in a chest.
  • The skull can be purchased from Helsik.
  • The grimoire can be pickpocketed from Helsik.

Devil's Fee Defenses

The entrance to the top floor is protected by a warding glyph trap. This can be disarmed by giving water to the gargoyle on the side of the wall. When you do trigger the glyph trap it mocks you.

If you engage Helsik in combat, she will summon Gilded Imps and Gilded Minotaur to assist her.
