The Gemini Gloves are a very rare pair of Gloves. They grant the wearer the ability to cast Cantrips which can target foes or allies twice.

Designed by an arcane smith with half-vision. He made these gloves to make sure his spells hit their target.

The wearer of this item gains:

Adroit Caster

Cantrips targeting foes and allies can target an additional creature. The same target can be chosen twice. Usable once per short rest.

Notes

Regarding Adroit Caster:

• Adroit Caster stacks additively with  Metamagic: Twinned Spell, meaning that a total of three targets can be chosen if both effects are used jointly.
•  Eldritch Blast only receives one additional blast and not another full set, e.g. a level 10 warlock gets 4 (3+1) blasts and not 6 (3x2)
• Cantrips that do not use projectiles instead grant the spells an area of effect; the nearest target to the primary target within this area is chosen to take the second attack.
  • For touch range cantrips, such as  Shocking Grasp or  Guidance, the radius is ⁠2 m / 7 ft.
  • For non-projectile cantrips with a range greater than touch, such as  Sacred Flame or  Thorn Whip, the radius is ⁠6 m / 20 ft.
  • When combined with Twinned Spell, this allows these cantrips to hit 4 creatures instead of the expected 3, as the wearer casts the spell twice with its added area of effect.
