Burning Hands is a Evocation 1st Level Spells. This spell allows spellcasters to shoot a flaming cone out of their fingertips and deal Fire damage to enemies.

"Call forth tendrils of dark energy. Targets take 3d6 Fire damage and can't take reactions. On a successful save, targets only take half damage."
