This would require the player to seek out one of the 2 other entrances to the underdark and locate the outpost within it. Meaning either the Waqueens rest and Zhentarim Basement or the hag encounter must be completed first. Then traveling through the Underdark. Then the player will find the door locked with an unpick-able lock and active defenses, however a check for finding crack that allows a small character to slip through the wall exists with teleportation magic allowing other entry possibilities.
