The other possible difference is that I'd used a scroll of Greater Invisibility because I was trying to avoid entering combat at all, although I was in turn-based mode to prevent it from ending early while I triple checked the positioning of everything. The Greater Invisibility/TBM combo was really difficult to work with actually, because I'd try to finish him off in the subsequent rounds with more grenades and/or arrows, but after a round or two no one would find me so they'd called off the search and then he'd automatically heal back up to full.

You are able to eliminate her by attacking her, but she will alert the entire camp if you do not kill her in the first turn. This can be avoided by using Sleep, or other methods. Killing her will cause someone to come check up on her in about 10 minutes, so make sure you leave the goblin camp before that. (you can re-enter the camp and this will not happen)

Void Bulb on Dror Ragzlin

I tried the trick suggested here to 1-hit KO Dror Ragzlin with a void bulb from the rafters and it didn't work. It wasn't even enough to bring him down to half health in fact. I reloaded and tried again a few times all with the same result. Is there something I was missing, like you're supposed to litter the area with alchemist fire and other explosives first, or that it only works when you do it before triggering the cutscene where he tries to use Speak with Dead on the mindflayer because he's positioned just right for the void bulb to be particularly effective? I'd like to hear if anyone who did use this trick successfully might know what I was doing wrong.
