Armour Class is increased by 2, but its movement speed has been reduced by

Notes
- Contrary to the what the tooltip claims, Transmuted To Steel does not reduce movement speed. Activating the
ability does cost movement speed, but only when it is activated. On subsequent turns after activation, you will have your full movement speed.
