Disconcerting Visage is a level 5 spell. It is a spell used only by Echo of a Lost Love. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Accentuate your unnatural form, Confusing Confusing nearby creatures and dealing 3d10Damage TypesNecrotic damage. Creatures take half the damage on successful Wisdom Saving Throws.

No effect on undead.
