Disconcerting Visage is a level 5 spell. It is a spell used only by Echo of a Lost Love in Tactician difficulty. It cannot be learned by party members.

Description

Accentuate your unnatural form, Confusing Confusing nearby creatures and dealing 3d10⁠Necrotic⁠Necrotic damage. Creatures take half the damage on successful Wisdom Saving Throws.

No effect on undead.
