Miscellaneous are various Items you can collect during your journey. They can be valuables that can fetch you some coins, or important items that will move the story forward.
Gemstones
Gemstones are type of Miscellaneous that can be found in various places in Act 1.
They can be worth a few coins or up to thousands of gold.

Crafting Ingredients
Crafting Ingredients are Miscellaneous that can be carfted into an Item such as Weapons, Armors, etc.
You can craft at a Workbench in the Blighted Village or at the Adamantine Forge in Grymforge
