When this weapon lands a Critical Hit, it also  Slows the target creature.

•  Armour Class and Dexterity Saving throws are reduced by 2
• Can only take an Action or a Bonus Action, not both
• Cannot take Reactions
• Cannot make more than 1 attack per turn
• Spells cast might be delayed for one turn
