Agility, reflexes, and balance.

Dexterity is an Ability Score and the primary ability of Rogue, Ranger.

Dexterity affects your Acrobatics, Sleight Of Hand, Stealth skills and Attack Rolls so you become better at ranged combat. It also affects your Initiative and Armour Class.
