Can't find this NPC

Greeting, as of Patch 8 I can not find this NPC when checking the lab level of the foundry both before and after visiting the Iron Throne. This is in an unmodded game. Additionally, I got the ⁠In Need of a Hero when I blew up the foundry despite never seeing her there.

Is it possible she was removed after a patch? Has anyone see her recently, and if so, does anyone know where in the lab level she stands? Thank you. Firepengu (talk) 20:08, 19 January 2026 (CET)

You got me searching so I dug into the game files. Turns out she's a replacement NPC for Zanner Toobin if he goes with you to the Control Centre but dies in the process.

You specifically have to choose the "Agreed - let's do this" dialogue option for him to join you and send all other Gondians outside. Then he has to die sometime between then and you destroying the foundry.
