Gnoll Flesh Gnawer are a generic Gnoll enemies found along the Risen Road in Act One. They are a type of Monstrosity of feral hyena-like humanoids that slaughter indiscriminately in an attempt to quell the insatiable hunger their demonic creator, Yeenoghu.
