Fly is a movement action and illithid power which allows a character to fly to a target position using movement speed at half cost. It is unlocked automatically for characters who become partial-illithids. This action is functionally equivalent to the normal 
Fly action and differs only visually.

Bugs
- While it is supposed to replace the Jump action's keybinding, this interaction is unreliable and seems to be bugged. It will often initially work, but then be reset to Jump when e.g. loading a saved game.
