Garrotte is an action granted by  Bhaalist Gloves that allows the user to wrap a rope around a target humanoid's throat, dealing damage and silencing it.

Description

Wraps a shadow rope around a Humanoid creature's throat to start  Garrotting it.

• If the entity and the garrotter are forcibly moved more than 5 m / 17 ft apart, this condition ends.
