Imperial Retaliation is a passive feature that retaliates against an attacker by stunning them.
Description
When the wielder succeeds a 
Saving throw, the foe that caused the throw needs to make an Intelligence saving throw or be 
Stunned for 1 turn.
Condition: Stunned
Stunned 
Duration: 1 turn
DC 15 Intelligence saving throw
- Affected creatures cannot move or take
Actions, 
Bonus Actions, or 
Reactions. - Affected creatures automatically fail Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
- Removed by Freedom of Movement, Greater Restoration, Unshackling Strike.
- Attack Rolls against affected creatures have
Advantage.
