Gondian Lanpos Biggs is a dead member of the Church of Gond in Act Three.

Lanpos' corpse can be found in the lab level of the Steel Watch Foundry at X: -1948 Y: 422. If using 
Speak with Dead, he reveals that the banites forced his husband 
Manser Biggs to beat him to death, because he discovered their sons 
Grindo and 
Hastar are held captive in the Iron Throne.
