If the party enters the Iron Throne, Enver Gortash triggers explosions which soon collapse the building. Hastar Biggs is trapped in the southern-most of the two western cells, alongside Featherweight Falson and Phoenix Lubbins . If freed, he dashes towards the Submersible to escape.
The only action Hastar uses on any turn is Dash , with the help of the Glimpse of Freedom condition which is applied when the cage is opened.
