Ma Festina is among the group of observers watching he magic show performed by  Astoundo the Greater,  Astoundo the Lesser, and  Salamander. She watches the show with her daughter,  Zerillo, along with  Duddy Dudderken,  Ermlaut, and other citizens, refugees and bypassers.
