• Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining  Sublimate of Poison Spores (procured from  Poison Spore) and any Ashes

Notes

• The 1d4⁠⁠Poison damage is not applied in the first turn.
• The 2d4⁠⁠Poison damage is applied every turn. Its DC is 15, and it can be applied multiple times if a creature moves in the fumes.
• When the grenade explodes, the blast can do 2d4 + 1⁠⁠Poison damage; this is a spell attack.
