Soul Offering is a level 3 spell. It allows a Gnoll Fang of Yeenoghu to disable a target creature's bonus actions or reactions. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Numb a creature's soul and offer it to Yeenoghu to prevent it from taking 
Bonus Actions or 
Reactions.
