Tarhun's dialogue changes depending on the state of
.If Oskar Fevras was saved from Brem in Act One, the house is haunted and Tarhun explains that Lady Jannath sent away all the servants on vacation, including him. As he is on 'vacation', he cannot stop anyone from entering the estate, but he does warn against it. While the conversation is going on, screaming and banging can be heard from within the mansion.
If Oskar was not saved and remains missing, Lady Jannath is hosting an art exhibition and Tarhun welcomes them to "Lady Jannath's celebration of the arts".
If Oskar is dead, Tarhun says they can enter but they are in a state of mourning.
