Last I recall, Shield did not add to Arcane Ward stacks, which seems like an important piece of info that should be listed here or on the Abj School page. This bug has been around for 8-10 months with no signs of being fixed. 172.56.10.7 19:53, 2 June 2024 (CEST)
- After patch 7:
- This spell still does not add Arcane Ward stacks despite it's an Abjuration School's spell. This should be mentioned in the following articles: Shield, Arcane Ward and Abjuration School.
- But the most important thing is that this spell is currently bugged: the suggestion to cast it on reaction is made, not when the attack roll exceeds the targeted armor class by 0 to 4, but when the attack roll is lower by 1 to 5 than the targeted armor class... That is to say when the attack is not going to hit, with or without the help of this spell, which amounts to using it for nothing, wasting a spell slot and a reaction.
