Ocular Nightmare

Ocular Nightmare is a legendary action available to the Spectator in Honour mode that lets it flail around, shooting all foes with random eye beams.

Description

Possibly  Wound,  Confuse,  Paralyse and  Frighten all foes within 20 m / 67 ft with your flailing Eye Rays.

How to learn

Bugs

• It's changed to a Legendary Reaction from an Action in Hotfix #27, Hotfix #28.
• It's a Legendary Reaction, not a Reaction. So players can't prevent it with something like  Shocking Grasp,  Pommel Strike.
• While the description says 'possibly', Ocular Nightmare on hit is 100%. Or the combat log do not show it.
• Its AoE is actually lesser than 18m.
