Ocular Nightmare

Ocular Nightmare is a legendary action available to the Spectator in Honour mode that lets it flail around, shooting everything with each of its rays. The spectator can use this action when attacked after accumulating 5 stacks of  Paranoid Dreams.

Description

Possibly  Wound,  Confuse,  Paralyse and  Frighten all foes within 20 m (67 ft) with your flailing Eye Rays.

• Multi-hit abilities like  Magic Missile will apply one stack of  Paranoid Dreams per hit.
• Each ray involves a separate  Constitution Saving Throw to apply their effects.
• It is not mentioned in the tooltip, but this action additionally applies the effect of  Unpetrification Ray to everything in the radius as well.
