Fear Ray is a class action available to Spectators, that allows them to frighten a target.

Shoot an eye ray that  Frightens its target.

Notes

• Spectators have two  Eyestalk actions per turn to use their ray attacks, though each individual ray can only be used once per turn.
• Being  Slowed prevents using this action. While slowed, the only ray attack a spectator can use is  Wounding Ray.
