Bane is the God of Tyranny and one of the members of the Dead Three. He is associated with the domains of Order and War. Bane cannot be the deity of a player Cleric.

Bane is a dark paragon of hate, fear, and tyranny. He ascended to godhood alongside Bhaal and Myrkul, but loathes them both for taking power he believes is rightfully his.

Lord Enver Gortash is revealed to be the Chosen of Bane.

• Bane was originally available as a deity for Cleric in Early Access, but the option was cut in the full release of the game.
