Arfur's Basement

Arfur's Basement is a Location in Rivington in Chapter Three. You can enter the area via a trapdoor in Arfur's Mansion. It is full of traps. A locked and trapped chest will hold a blackmail letter which will start Investigate the Suspicious Toys.
