Rolan's Firestorm is a cantrip (Class Action). Summon a upscaled version of Fireball, with increased damage and aoe.

Description

Call upon Rolan, freed from the limitations of Lorroakan, to unleash a fiery barrage from the heights of Ramazith's Tower.
On a successful Saving Throw, targets still take half damage.

The caster can only use this feature once in their adventure.
