Lorroakan's Firestorm is a cantrip (Class Action). Summon a upscaled version of Fireball, with increased damage and aoe.

Description

Lorroakan uses all the arcane might of Ramazith's Tower to call down a fiery barrage.
On a successful Saving Throw, targets still take half damage.

The caster can only use this feature once in their adventure.
