If unopened, can be delivered to the Zhentarim in the Zhentarim Hideout for the quest Find the Missing Shipment to unlock the special stock of Brem the trader.

If turned in during Act 1, it can be looted from on of the Zhentarim after defeating them in the Guildhall. It still contains the Iron Flask.

If not turned in during Act 1, it can be turned in to Slick Inatra in the Guildhall, but for no reward (possibly bugged).
