Meow is a Wild Shape: Cat and Find Familiar: Cat Action. Cats use this ability to distract enemies.

Attract the attention of nearby creatures to draw them closer to you.

Meow can be used in combination with Turn-Based Mode (default hotkey: Shift+Spacebar) to distract enemies for an ambush or a pickpocket attempt.
