Non-Lethal Attacks is a toggleable passive feature. While this passive is turned on, when an unarmed or melee weapon attack reduces a creatures hit points to zero or one, it will become Knocked Out Knocked Out or Knocked Out (Temporary) [[{{{page}}}|Knocked Out (Temporary)]] (see notes for more information).

Description

Knock someone Unconscious instead of killing them.

Must be unarmed or using a melee weapon. Doesn't work on undead or constructs.


How to learn

Notes

  • While in combat with a creature, if they have the condition Temporarily Hostile Temporarily Hostile, they will become Knocked Out (Temporary) [[{{{page}}}|Knocked Out (Temporary)]] - after a long rest they will regain consciousness.
  • If the creature does not have this condition, they will disappear permanently after a long rest, and in some cases may be treated as dead by the game.
