Doing so will turn all nearby [[Camp followers]] (including [[Scratch]] and the [[Owlbear Cub]]) and [[Companions]] (who aren't in the current party) hostile unless the Oathbreaker Knight is the one who starts combat (which can occur if you are caught pickpocketing him).
