Omeluum is a friendly Illithid NPC and Trader in Baldur's Gate 3. He can be found at Ebonlake Grotto in the Underdark after being contacted by Blurg. He is a member of the Society of Brilliance and can attempt to remove the tadpole.

The player can meet Omeluum after talking to the Hobgoblin trader Blurg at Ebonlake Grotto. Blurg is a fellow scholar of the Society of Brilliance, who will bring Omeluum to help the player.
The player has several opportunities to attack Omeluum during dialogue, and some Companions might actually suggest it.
