== History ==
Sally and Dravo Flymm inherited Flymm's Cobblers from family,{{ref|"That's generations of tradition for you!" - Sally Flymm}} giving birth to and raising Enver Gortash in their small Lower City store. However, they struggled with Enver as a child, finding him demanding and troublesome. Parenthood also put a strain on their relationship, nearly driving them apart. {{ref|Mind meld dialogue with Sally.|name=mmSally}}

While Enver was still a child, Sally and Dravo Flymm went into debt trying to keep their store afloat. {{ref|name=mmSally}} They borrowed from the Guild,{{ref|Speak with Dead dialogue with [[Dravo Flymm]]|name=swdDravo}} who later threatened them with death when they were unable to repay their loans. {{ref|name=mmSally}} 

[[Raphael]] visited the Flymms, posing as a warlock and offering them coin in exchange for Enver's service.{{ref|name=mmSally}}{{ref|name=swdDravo}} They accepted the the deal, and Enver was taken to the [[House of Hope]], where he became a pageboy in service of Raphael and [[Nubaldin]].{{ref|[[Nubaldin|Nubaldin's]] dialogue synopsis: "[he] ordered Gortash around during his time of being enslaved"}} He eventually escaped the House, and after establishing the cult of the Absolute, returned to his family to take revenge. Enver forced two illithid tadpoles into Sally and Dravo, using them to control their bodies and make them powerless.{{ref|name=mmSally}}

Under the tadpole's compulsion, Sally and Dravo outwardly appeared as their son's greatest fans, and were used by Enver to assist in his efforts to control the city.{{ref|''[[Cobbler's Ledger]]'' - [[Dravo Flymm]]}} While Dravo lost his mind completely, Sally retained hers, and so became a prisoner of her own body, unable to speak or move of her own volition.

== Involvement ==
Sally can be found with Dravo at their store, proudly proclaiming it to be the family home of Enver Gortash, replete with a large painting of a young Gortash hung behind the counter. The player can use their tadpole to connect with hers, or probe her mind with a Wisdom check. A successful meld will allow the player to speak with the real Sally, who will explain how Gortash tadpolled her and her husband in revenge for selling him into slavery to pay their debts when he was young. 

The player can offer to put Sally out of her misery, but she will beg that she deserves her own life, free of being trapped.
