What is the DC of Shield Bash? -Usually the DC for these sorts of things is Str (or Dex) + Prof Bonus + 8.

Reeling Condition

Does this feel backwards to anyone else? Like it should be renewed on a hit and then decrease by 1 each turn? The way it says it works on here now, does that mean it's a consistent -2 to all attacks against you, then when they hit, that just goes away?
