It applies to each ray. Each ray is an independent attack and will benefit from any damage bonuses like Elemental Affinity and trigger items like Hat of Fire Acuity.
Similarly, Evocation Wizard's Empowered Evocation applies to each ray of Scorching Ray or each missile of Magic Missile. NtCarlson (talk) 21:45, 8 May 2024 (CEST)Reply[reply]
