The wearer of this item gains:

• Sets the wearer's  Constitution score to 23. The enchantment has no effect if their Constitution score is higher without it.
•  Advantage on Constitution  Saving throws.

Notes

• The in-game tooltip has a typo and reads, "Advantage on Constitution Saving Throws Checks".
• The amulet can be stolen without the fight if the trap is disabled first with a  DC 20 Sleight of Hand check and the  Orphic Hammer, the Soul-Sworn Contract and  Hope are left untouched.
• This item can be stolen in lieu of perception and disarm checks, by placing an item of equal weight on the pedestal, prior to picking up the amulet like in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
• If the wearer's Constitution is lower than 22, the amulet increases their maximum hit points in accordance with the increase in Constitution, but their current hit points will remain the same and not heal up to the new maximum.
