Arcane Radiance

Arcane Radiance is a passive feature that debuffs a target hit by spell damage while illuminated.

Description

When the wearer deals spell damage while illuminated by a light source,^{[See: Bugs]} they also inflict  Radiating Orb upon the target for 2 turns.

• Affected entity has -1 to Attack Rolls per remaining turn. It also sheds bright light in an area surrounding it.

• Reduce the duration by 2 each time the entity makes an attack.

Notes

• Multi-hit spells like  Eldritch Blast,  Magic Missile, and  Scorching Ray apply the effect numerous times.
•  Booming Blade is treated as spell damage and thus inflicts  Radiating Orb.

Bugs

• Arcane Radiance inflicts  Radiating Orb regardless of the wearer's light level.
• Arcane Radiance triggers multiple times per attack with spells that include multiple DealDamage functions, such as  Booming Blade and the various Smite spells.
