Where to find

• Obtained through dialogue from  Head Clerk Meadhoney, using multiple possible ability checks, bribing him, or pickpocketing the pass from him.
• On a cabinet in the Head Clerk's office on the top floor of the Counting House at X: -102 Y: -180

Notes

• Obtaining a bank pass from Meadhoney (regardless of the way) grants the inspiration ⁠Key to the Vault for party members with the  Criminal background. Stealing the pass from his office does not grant it.
