• On Damage Rolls, roll twice and use the higher result.

 Loses duration: end of turn

Notes

The damage reroll seems to be applied to all damage dealt while under the effect. For example, when dealing damage to a target under the effect of Phalar Aluve: Shriek the resulting 1d4Thunder damage is also rolled twice.
