Description
When a creature misses you with an attack, it receives Chilled for 2 turns.[See: Bugs]

Duration: 2 turns
- Affected entity is vulnerable to damage and resistant to damage.
- Applying to a chilled entity will make it for Duration: 1 turn.

- The in-game description for Chilling Counter says there is a DC 13 Constitution Saving Throw, but in fact there is no saving throw to avoid the effect. Chilled will be applied on every single missed attack.
