Consume Souls is a bonus action available to Raphael, that lets him absorb souls from Soul Pillars to regain hit points and restore Punish Divinity.
Description
Absorb a soul from each Soul Pillar still standing to spend on powerful spells. Regain 3d6hit points and restore your Punish Divinity every time you absorb souls in this way.
